Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience with 5 years managing similar projects.
• 3 years of experience in Jurong Island projects.
• Experience in LTA infrastructure projects.

Job description

Overview

The Construction site Manager shall be responsible for the planning and execution of the construction works, managing construction supervisors and managing temporary works,A&A works and ensuring the construction works are executed in accordance with the contract specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project engineers & supervisors for the construction scope of works
• Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for the construction activities
• Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with company or government regulations;ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements

Experience & Education

• The candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience, of which about five (5) years shall be in managing the construction of projects of similar size and complexity to the project
• . Must have 3 year experiance in Jurong Island projects
• Construction manager in Infrastructure (LTA) project (depot, tunnel and etc.)
• Civil Engineering degree holder
• More than 10-year experience in the construction industry
