Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and track project milestones to ensure progress aligns with the planned schedule.
• Handle daily operational requirements including manpower allocation, construction monitoring, master scheduling, and cost management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen site conditions to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Apply safe, cost-efficient construction methods and ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience with a Civil Engineering degree recognized by the PE Board, or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer eligibility (or equivalent degree approved by the Engineer).
• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience leading construction teams on projects of comparable size and complexity.
