Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, interior design, architecture, or other project-based environments.
• Experience in Full Set, AP/AR management and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with revenue recognition for project-based billing models.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage monthly/year-end closing processes.
• Oversee invoice processing and vendor management for accounts payable.
• Generate client invoices and manage collections for accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliant revenue recognition from project-based services.
