Sunscreen (Singapore) Pte Ltd – Kampong Ubi

Responsible for site supervision & inspection, manpower arrangement, and restocking for the required materials for the involved project.

Resource planning and coordination for internal staff and toward external client or site personnel.

Monitoring & reporting project progress, handover to clients, and compliance with on-site safety requirements.

Update the work progress to the project charge for the proceeding on the payment claim purpose

Preparation of RA/safety documents

Requirements

Able to manage a few projects concurrently & able to read architectural drawings.

Work with the Sales/Project team to ensure the design plan and output meet the customer’s (architect/consultant/direct client/etc.) requirements.

Experience in building construction projects is a prerequisite.

Merit added for WSQ certificate such as BCSS & MWAH

Min Class 3 driving license.
