Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant Director for their Office of Compliance. The successful candidate will lead efforts in regulatory compliance and risk management, utilizing data analytics and continuous monitoring systems. This role demands at least 8 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The position ensures the integrity of compliance practices and requires close collaboration with institutional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of working experience.
• Practical experience in implementing continuous auditing/monitoring project is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in audit, risk, and compliance are preferred.
• Prior healthcare industry experience will be advantageous.
• Professional qualification such as CIA/CISA/CA is advantageous.
• Experience in performing special reviews and forensic investigations will be advantageous.
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of automated compliance work streams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in risk and compliance analytics projects.
• Execute data-driven tests to assess effectiveness of controls.
• Develop data-driven monitoring dashboards for compliance updates.
• Oversee operations of the Office of Compliance.
• Implement Cluster Compliance programmes and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for risk management objectives.
• Support internal special reviews and governance improvement.
