Job description

Overview

Work 5 Days per Week (Off Days on Weekday). Working Hours: 11am-8pm/12pm-9pm (any 5 days in the week, inclusive of weekend and PH).

Responsibilities

• Support and guide customers in creating their ID.
• Assist customers in downloading and setting up the App+.
• Provide guidance on using the App+, including changing of bill plans and activating eSIMs.
• Assist with SIMO CBP requests via the App+ or microsite.
• Help customers navigate and use the microsite effectively.
• Manage and assist with the Qmatic system for issuing queue numbers.
• Respond to and assist with any other customer queries or concerns.
