• Direct operational aspects including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, and sales.
• Drive constant improvement programs in operations to maintain competitiveness.
• Identify and establish business with cable works, focusing on the electric market.

Job description

Scope of works

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
• Supported by both Singapore and regional office for all build tender bids which include design, costing, and project management.
• To drive constant improvement programs in operations to maintain competitiveness in the market
• Partner with local contractors branches to engage with end customers to create and win mutually beneficial business.
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
• Identifying and establishing business with cable works, especially strong technical skills of the electric market in Singapore.
• Be responsible for the overall budgets, daily operations, and a full understanding of transmission work & electrical work for the Singapore office.
• Work experience in performing power analysis, preferably within the construction of cable industry, and Experience performing transient analysis of power cable systems.
