Responsibilities

• Plan and run engagement programmes and activities for Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute events smoothly.
• Support volunteers and partners with logistics, training, and administration.
• Manage volunteer records, donations, reports, and outreach efforts.
• Partner with healthcare teams to coordinate patient-centered care initiatives.
• Provide operational and administrative support for clinical programs.
• Track program performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights.
• Ensure timely data submissions to internal and national healthcare registries.
• Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and resource allocation.
• Lead or contribute to quality improvement projects.
• Assist with departmental projects and events.

Education
