Job summary

A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a Research Associate / Research Fellow for a full-time, 1-year contract role focused on community-engaged research. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of applied research experience and expertise in qualitative methods. Responsibilities include conducting participatory workshops, stakeholder interviews, and developing measurement frameworks. A Master's/PhD in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of applied research experience in community, health, or built-environment projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with qualitative research and co-design methods.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills for producing reports and briefs.

Responsibilities

  • Co-design and facilitate participatory workshops to build community capacity.
  • Conduct interviews to understand governance and partnership practices.
  • Design and lead the development of measurement frameworks and tools.
  • Manage IRB submissions and data governance processes.
