Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy executive to join our HR team to enhance internal communications and employee engagement. This role offers hands‑on experience in digital platform management, creative writing, design, and employee communications. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about storytelling, visual branding, and fostering a connected workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Viva Engage Platform Management
  • Set up and configure the internal communication platform using Microsoft Viva Engage.
  • Develop user guides and conduct briefing sessions to educate users.
  • Provide ongoing support in moderating the content and troubleshooting for platform usage.
  • Review and develop tracking and analytics to monitor and drive utilization.
• Creative Communications & Design
  • Assist in writing and designing engaging HR content such as newsletters, Viva Engage posts, and campaign materials.
  • Support branding efforts for HR initiatives through visual design and messaging.
  • Create digital assets including banners, infographics, and templates, aligned to organization branding.
• Employee Engagement Support
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Help design communication materials and visuals to promote engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, draft, post or write articles that highlight HR initiatives and employee stories.
  • Support feedback collection and analysis to improve engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, HR, or related field.
• Strong writing skills with a flair for storytelling and tone adaptation.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Viva Engage or other enterprise social platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) in creating dashboards and reports.
