Job Details

• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
• Location: 1 Senoko Avenue #05-07, Singapore 758297

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and supply of Ecommerce products along with the other operational team members
• Ensure that Production Schedule is accurately completed daily
• Uphold all quality standards and SOPs within the Production Department
• Respond to any ‘Red Book’ issues highlighted and work with the Operations Manager and other Production Department colleagues to resolve any underlying issues
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace focusing on, but not limited to, the Production areas of the operation

Key requirements and Competencies

• Initiative to actively identify and resolve a variety of problems across the Production department.
• Good physical condition as the work involves a good deal of lifting.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure highest levels of accuracy, quality and consistency are maintained.
• Organisational skills to maintain a safe, efficient work space.
• Being adaptable and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Good computer skills with knowledge of all Office Applications including Excel and Outlook.
