A leading offshore engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Project Commissioning Manager. This role emphasizes supervision, management of commissioning activities across projects, and requires a degree in Engineering, specifically in process or marine disciplines. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in commissioning offshore oil & gas facilities, with a minimum of one project on a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit. The position demands coordination with quality and project teams for successful project execution.
Process Owner for Corporate Commissioning Process with responsibility for review, generation and updating of corporate commissioning procedures and guidelines.
Responsible for commissioning related inputs into Capex generation for projects under bid. Responsible for supporting commissioning processes of the projects under execution.
Upon assuming role of a Project Commissioning Manager:
Responsible for identification and development of commissioning system and sub‑system boundaries, management & control of completion dossiers.
Liaise with project quality team for management of mechanical completion activities and sign off acceptance dossiers following mechanical completion. Coordinate and interface with all other parties involved in commissioning like Client personnel /Operation team, vendors, shipyards etc. Liaise with operation/client for system walk through and system completion certification for handover.
Degree in Engineering, preferably in process or marine disciplines
10 years of experience in Commissioning of offshore oil & gas facilities of which at least one being on a FPSO
