About Us

Located in Conrad Orchard, Seoul Restaurant is a well-established Korean dining brand in Singapore, known for delivering authentic cuisine, quality service, and a welcoming dining experience. As we expand to our second branch, we are looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join our team.

This role is suitable for individuals with a culinary background who are eager to develop their skills and grow into a professional chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking according to company standards
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components as directed by senior chefs
  • Execute basic cooking and plating tasks with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
  • Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
  • Ideally 0–3 years of experience
  • Prior experience in F&B or a culinary background is an advantage, but training will be provided
  • Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career as a chef
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and work collaboratively as part of a team
