Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook seafood dishes to perfection, following restaurant’s high standards.
  • Lead and support junior kitchen staff during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure the highest quality of seafood ingredients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef on menu planning and daily specials.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a chef.
  • Comfortable with flame burning.
  • Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours & Days
  • 5.5 days work week, Permanent Monday off.
  • Working hours: 8–9 hours per day.
