Qualifications

• Relevant experience in commercial, contracts, procurement, or construction administration preferred.
• Good knowledge of progress claims, VO, cost control, and subcontractor administration.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash flow forecasting, cost control, and project revenue tracking.
• Support progress claims, variation orders (VO), and measurement & valuation in accordance with contract terms.
• Prepare and support monthly commercial reports to management and HQ.
• Maintain budget vs. actual tracking, cost records, and variation registers.
• Review subcontractor/supplier progress claims, payments, and performance records.
• Coordinate RFQs, bid comparisons, negotiations, and purchase recommendations.
• Assist in preparing and organizing contracts, quotations, and procurement documents.
• Support tender submissions including BOQ checks and commercial clarifications.
• Maintain proper commercial documentation and records.
