About the role

Cafe Specialists Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Technician to join our team in the Woodlands North Region. As a fulltime Coffee Machine Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the performance of our high-quality coffee equipment, ensuring our cafe operations run smoothly and consistently deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform regular machine maintenance, repair and calibration of all coffee machines and related equipment

2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with coffee machines in a timely manner

3. Provide technical advice and training to barista staff to ensure proper operation and care of equipment

4. Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements

5. Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance and repair activities

6. Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Coffee Technician or in a similar technical role within the coffee/hospitality industry

2. Strong working knowledge of espresso machine mechanics, repair and maintenance

3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

4. Ability to provide technical training and support to end‑users

5. Good communication and customer service skills

6. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast‑paced environment
