The role

The Club Manager takes ownership of the club, overseeing the atmosphere, team results, member satisfaction, and business performance. They lead by example in every area. This role is for someone who can successfully balance people, performance, and profits.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations, including opening and closing routines, staff scheduling, inventory management, facility upkeep, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain full completion of all checklists across recovery, café, and service areas.
  • Track key performance indicators—such as member visits, and incident reports—and take swift corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure all health & safety protocols, financial procedures, and compliance standards are consistently upheld.
People, Culture & Performance
  • Lead weekly team huddles and ensure accountability through clear action steps.
  • Coach the Assistant Club Manager to develop their skills and prepare them for future promotion.
  • Acknowledge strong performance and proactively address any performance gaps.
  • Cultivate a high-energy, positive, team-focused culture that aligns with Ice Faction values.
Member Experience
  • Show up on the floor as the upbeat, welcoming face of the club.
  • Handle member concerns on the spot—quick, direct, and resolution-focused.
  • Bring the community to life with events, activations, and meaningful personal touches.
  • Boost retention by delivering consistent, standout service every day.
Commercial & Growth
  • Grow revenue in memberships, café, and retail.
  • Manage budgets and control costs.
  • Assist with marketing and local partnerships to boost growth.
