CloudSense Support

We are seeking a talented and motivated CloudSense Supportwith a strong background in telecommunications to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using the CloudSense B2B CPQ platform to meet client needs and support business objectives.

The position is remote, but candidates must be based and residing in Singapore.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in telecommunications with a focus on BSS solutions.
  • Strong experience with the CloudSense B2B CPQ platform, especially utilizing its out-of-the-box (OOTB) features for solution development and deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work remotely while being based in Singapore.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end business support system (BSS) transformation solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Develop and manage B2B product offerings, ensuring optimal configurations for client specifications.
  • Design and implement efficient order management and billing solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop solutions based on business requirements, considering key factors such as performance, scalability, data security, operational effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and time-to-market.
  • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure optimal design and development utilizing CloudSense OOTB features.
  • Participate in system-related activities, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the telecommunications domain.
