Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with client executives, customer technical leads, and partners to manage and deliver cloud solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.

2. Make recommendations on cloud transformation strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to help customer gain business benefit from cloud adoption.

3. Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating customer CIO, CTO and enterprise architects.

4. Partner with Solution Architecture team and Service Delivery team to design complex solutions for customers that drive Huawei Cloud adoption and revenue.

5. Develop compelling cloud transformation proposals for key customers and partners, working with the business development team, solution sales team and service delivery team to determine project goals, define completion criteria, build resource breakdowns, and determine project milestones.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of relevant working experience in cloud.

2. Graduated in degree in computer science, system engineering or equivalent.

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.

4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

5. Process-oriented with great documentation skills.

6. Experience as a Technical Project Lead or Lead Consultant (e.g., Management or IT Strategy) delivering cloud migration and transformation projects in customer-facing roles.

7. Experience presenting and communicating with Chief Experience Officers in public administration organizations.

8. Knowledge of app and/or infrastructure migration and modernization (e.g., assess, plan, execute, optimize, operate), IT Infrastructure, IT operations, or business applications.

10. Experience with Enterprise IT and Cloud Technologies/Services.
