  • Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security tools (SAST/DAST) into CI/CD workflows.
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, perform assessments using tools like Tenable and Nmap.
  • Review security scan results to determine true risks and identify false positives.
  • Configure infrastructure security elements such as certificate management, encryption, patching, and access control.
  • Integrate APIs and plugins into CI/CD pipelines for automation and security.
  • Contribute to operational policies (SLAs, DR plans, change management) and enforce platform standards.
What You Should Know or Be Eager to Learn
Preferred Technical Skills (not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
  • Experience with version control and DevOps tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus).
  • Understanding of vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Tenable, Nmap).
  • Comfort with both Linux and Windows environments, including patch management and system hardening.
  • Exposure to platform security: SSL, firewalls, certificates, IP tables, and monitoring tools.
