Job description

The incumbent will provide support and ensure day to day smooth operations of research activities. Responsible for project management and work in partnership with the Principal Investigator, internal and external stakeholders to provide effective support for research study.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all research activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocol and standards and in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedural requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate the recruitment, care and treatment of research participants; coordinate services with other internal departments and allied service agencies.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and adequate care and treatment of research participants.
  • Serve as the primary point of liaison and coordination between investigators, ancillary departments, research subjects, sponsoring organisations and investigators as appropriate.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities.
Education, Training and Experience

Qualifications

  • Preferably degree in Life Science with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. The candidate must be matured, able to think critically and trustworthiness.
  • At least 1 year in Research and Clinical experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in English language and possess good writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
