Qualifications

• Registered as a Pharmacist in Singapore.
• Prior or current expertise in Intensive Care and Aseptics/Total Parenteral Nutrition is highly considered.
• Enjoys interacting with people and has good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Intervene in acute or chronic diseases to promote patients' well-being.
• Identify and resolve drug-related problems and recommend appropriate drug therapy.
• Participate in inpatient clinical rounds and/or ambulatory care clinics.
