We are looking for a Clinic Administrator (Woodlands Hospital) who is compassionate, dedicated and committed to join us in delivering quality care to patients and their care givers in our dialysis center. The ideal candidate should be attentive, detail-oriented, and has a genuine service mindset to provide True Care.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline services and general administrative duties such as managing patient fees and billings, issue invoices to patients and to validate payment methods and medical insurance coverage.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Manage the purchase order process; coordinating with the different functions, getting the required information/documentation until all requirements for PO are completed.
  • Stock checking and replenishing medicine stocks.
  • To work closely with clinical and operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Provide pre-operative scheduling and coordination services.
  • Handle patient queries and feedback.
  • Any ad-hoc and admin duties assigned.
Requirements
  • MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO 5 days work week from 9am to 6.30pm.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level or higher qualifications.
  • Any experience in Clerical/Administrative Support, Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent is a bonus
  • Professional, proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
