A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Operations Executive to support daily operations, manage the operations team, and enhance service quality. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum degree in healthcare-related studies and preferably have experience in the healthcare sector. The role requires commitment to a 5.5-day work week, ensuring effective management of clinic activities and resources.

• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage.
• Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in organizing and overseeing daily clinic operations.
• Strategically plan and allocate resources to optimize cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily activities within the polyclinic.
• Lead and manage the operations team to deliver high-quality service and patient care.
• Develop and execute strategies, initiatives, and proposals aimed at enhancing workflow processes and service quality.
