A leading healthcare provider in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to support the Cluster Managers in managing a specialist centre. You will execute strategic goals in outpatient care, improve service quality, and develop specialist services. Ideal candidates will have a Business/Management degree and possess good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Prior experience in healthcare is preferred, but motivated candidates are also welcome. The incumbent supports the Cluster Managers in administering a specialist centre. He / she works together with the team to develop, plan and deliver services to meet clinical, operational and financial goals of the company, ensuring the efficient and productive use of resources. He/she is to achieve the highest professional standards and quality goals for the patient. He / she shall work together with the Cluster Managers to implement plans to retain essential skills, and to motivate staff to bring out the best in them and contribute to organisational goals.
Execute action plans for the specialist outpatient centres to meet strategic goals
Develop and promote specialist services and set up new centres
Conduct market surveys and develop new packages / pricing for these new services
Regular review of existing services and prices for these services to remain competitive
Develop and improve marketing materials for specialist centre. Identify customer groups for each service and develop marketing activities
Develop and improve work processes to create seamless and efficient services, and ensure accurate billing and timely collection for each visit
Ensure smooth running of daily centre operations and that patients and visitors are attended to pro-actively to assure a seamless service and consistent experience
Seek feedback as learning opportunities and act on them. Investigate and take appropriate actions in response to feedback
Promote teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among nursing personnel, medical and other employees of the Hospital
Support and communicate the Hospital and department organization structure, philosophy, goals, policies and procedures to staff and ensure that they are translated to service delivery
Manage availability and efficient use of resources. Contain costs through appropriate and economical utilization of resources such as time, supplies, equipment and manpower
Provide teamwork, cooperation and harmonious relationship among nursing personnel, medical and other employees of the hospital
To assist in all ad-hoc administrative matters
Any assignments given by the immediate supervisor
Degree in Business/Management Studies or any other discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry will be preferred but we will also consider candidates with no prior experience
Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Self-motivated and independent
