Duties

• Provide education and counseling to patients prior to treatment
• Assist doctor during consultation
• Assist doctor in performing necessary procedures
• Work together with operations team to ensure smooth operations flow
• Assist in reception duties, registration, collecting payment
• Perform general nursing procedures like blood sampling, injections, dressing and etc.
• Ensure compliance to infection control and nursing policies
• Coordinator role for example, liaising with supplier and insurance company
• Answer Phone call enquiries & clinic appointments
• Keep accurate records of all clinic transactions

Requirements

• Candidate must possess min. a Diploma in Nursing
• At least 1 year of clinic experience in the same role
• Pleasant disposition, good service attitude, high integrity, team player
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
