A leading aesthetics clinic in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee all operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in clinic management, strong leadership skills, and a proven record in sales performance. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer feedback effectively, ensuring high service standards and patient satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, clinic SOPs, and safety standards
Manage scheduling, inventory, suppliers, and equipment
Lead, train, and supervise therapists, consultants, and front-desk staff
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development
Ensure high staff morale, discipline, and service standards
Drive clinic revenue, sales targets, and KPIs
Monitor treatment conversion rates, retention, and upselling opportunities
Plan and execute promotions, packages, and campaigns
Handle customer escalations and feedback professionally
Maintain excellent service quality and patient satisfaction
Ensure consistent service delivery and brand standards
Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports
Track expenses, productivity, and clinic KPIs
Work closely with management on strategy and improvements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in an aesthetic / beauty / medical clinic management role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Proven experience in sales performance and clinic operations
Good understanding of aesthetic treatments and customer journey
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with reports, systems, and clinic software
Ability to work weekends and retail hours when required
