Job summary

A leading aesthetics clinic in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee all operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in clinic management, strong leadership skills, and a proven record in sales performance. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow

  • Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, clinic SOPs, and safety standards

  • Manage scheduling, inventory, suppliers, and equipment

  • Lead, train, and supervise therapists, consultants, and front-desk staff

  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development

  • Ensure high staff morale, discipline, and service standards

  • Drive clinic revenue, sales targets, and KPIs

  • Monitor treatment conversion rates, retention, and upselling opportunities

  • Plan and execute promotions, packages, and campaigns

  • Handle customer escalations and feedback professionally

  • Maintain excellent service quality and patient satisfaction

  • Ensure consistent service delivery and brand standards

  • Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports

  • Track expenses, productivity, and clinic KPIs

  • Work closely with management on strategy and improvements

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in an aesthetic / beauty / medical clinic management role

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills

  • Proven experience in sales performance and clinic operations

  • Good understanding of aesthetic treatments and customer journey

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable with reports, systems, and clinic software

  • Ability to work weekends and retail hours when required
