Position Title: Clinic Executive

Working Location: Novena (8 mins walk from Novena MRT)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-2pm)

Salary Package: Basic up to $3,800

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily clinic operations and provide a professional, patient-friendly experience.
  • Manage patient registration, records, referrals, appointments, and follow-ups (via calls/WhatsApp).
  • Handle medication dispensing, stock checks (including expiry), and basic assistance with clinical setup/equipment.
  • Coordinate surgery-related arrangements, including schedules, tests, ward bookings, and theatre coordination.
  • Support billing and administrative documents, including MOH-aligned financial counselling, insurance matters (e.g., LOG/claims), and preparation of reports/memos.
  • Liaise with hospitals and suppliers/vendors for urgent cases and required medical items.
  • Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
