A healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for a candidate who can manage department operations, provide clinical support during patient treatments, and handle frontline services including patient registration and feedback management. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a clinical or health setting are required. This role is essential for ensuring smooth clinic operations and enhancing patient care.
Perform department operations
Administer clinic's appointment resources and slots management
Manage frontline and assist second tier escalation in patient management
Order, Monitor and maintain inventories of clinical non-clinical items
Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and/or any other procedures
Reconcile daily monetary transactions
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Provide clinical support
Assist doctors during the treatment and examination of patients
Perform basic clinical procedures
Perform measurement of basic health parameters
Prepare consultation rooms
Prepare patients for physical examination or minor procedures to be performed by doctors
Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and post- consultation and procedures
Provide patient and caregiver education when necessary
Provide frontline services
Identify situations where patients require additional attention
Manage patients' feedback and enquiries
Perform patient registration and discharge: Receive, screen and register patients into the clinical system
Perform payment collection procedures: Obtains and verifies patient billing information before collecting payment
Promote use of automated or self-help services
Provide financial counselling to patients
Schedule appointments for patients
