We are a friendly and patient-centered GP clinic in Tampines, looking for a Full-Time & Permanent Part-Time Clinic Assistant to join our warm and supportive team!

Competitive salary:
Full Time: $2,350 – $3,000/month (based on experience & work hours)
Permanent Part-time: Pay prorated based on contracted working hours

Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Support
Patient Registration – Assist with patient check-in and medical record updates
Appointment Scheduling – Manage bookings and coordinate follow-ups
Customer Service – Address patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner
Billing & Payment Collection – Process cashless (CHAS, Medisave, MBS@gov) and cash payments
Clinical Support & Assistance
Perform Simple Triage & Measurements – Check blood pressure, parameters temperature
Dispensing Medications
Assisting Doctor in Procedures – Prepare and assist during minor procedures
Chaperoning – Accompany patients during examinations when required
Handling Lab Specimens – Properly label, store, and coordinate delivery of test samples
Administrative & Clinic Operations
Inventory & Stock Management – Order and replenish medical supplies & medications
Clinic Tidiness & Hygiene – Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas
Coordination with Laboratories & Vendors – Arrange courier services for lab tests
Ad Hoc Duties – Other tasks as assigned by the doctor
Work Schedule:
42 hours per week (roster-based)
Preferably able to work 2 night shifts (Mon-Thu, 7-9 PM) and 1 weekend shift (Sat/Sun)
Weekend shifts:
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Able to Handle Stress Calmly – Clinics can get busy at times! We need someone who can stay composed under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
Comfortable with Basic IT Skills – Familiarity with computers for scheduling, billing, and patient records will be helpful.
