Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during procedures (preparation, assisting, post-procedure support)
• Introduce and explain clinic services and treatments to patients (non-medical advice)
• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and clinic coordination
• Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Support daily clinic operations, billing, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and patient confidentiality
• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling
• Handle incoming calls and basic patient enquiries professionally
