The clinic's address is at 360 Orchard Road #07-04, International Building ( Orchard MRT )

We are looking for hourly paid clinic assistant to join us for all mornings and afternoons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Core Attributes

This person must be customer service oriented, have a pleasant personality, is honest and most importantly a team player. Able to communicate well and have some computer skills.

Duties Include

• Registering patients, taking appointments
• Carry out some administrative duties and answering phone calls
• Prepare and dispense medications when required
• Monitor drug stock levels
• Assisting the doctor with procedures when required
• Typing of medical reports using standard formatting
• And some other duties the management deems fit from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Experience preferred.

Language Spoken

• Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking patients.

Working Hours

• Mondays Wednesday Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00am to 1:00pm
• Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:00 noon
• Closed on Sundays and All Public Holidays
