Overview

Are you a hunter at heart with a passion for tech-driven business development?

At ManpowerGroup Singapore, we’re looking for a Client Solutions Executive to help us grow our IT Permanent branch. This is a pure sales role — you will not be involved in recruitment delivery. Your focus is on opening doors, building relationships, generating demand, and winning new logos.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identifying and securing new clients, especially in the tech/IT solutions space
  • Driving recruitment job orders by engaging client-side hiring managers
  • Spotting new companies entering the Singapore market and positioning ManpowerGroup as their recruitment partner of choice
  • Partnering with our recruitment consultants to ensure smooth delivery once job orders are secured
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • A proven track record in hunting and winning new business
  • Experience selling to boutique consultancies, system integrators, software firms, cloud providers, etc.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market and an eye for emerging players
  • Confidence, drive, and a love for fast-paced environments
