Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the expert network industry dedicated to providing strategic and actionable insights for consulting firms, corporations and funds. They are seeking a highly professional and charismatic Client Services Manager with previous expert-matching experience and multilingual capabilities to relocate to their office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In this role you will work closely with clients to understand their project objectives, match them with the most suitable experts, and oversee a team of associates for flawless project delivery from start to finish.

Candidates without direct expert-matching industry experience will NOT be considered.

Strong professional working fluency in English is required. Additional native-level fluency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is required.

Relocation to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement for expert-matching projects, serving as the primary point of contact throughout each assignment.
  • Interpret client research needs and translate them into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Oversee expert sourcing workflows, including outreach, screening, compliance checks and scheduling.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of expert calls, surveys and insight-gathering activities.
  • Provide clients with structured updates, insights and summaries that enhance decision-making and project value.
  • Work closely with internal research, compliance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of expert-matching methodologies, compliance processes and client service best practices.
  • Track project performance, manage multiple concurrent requests and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships through additional project scopes or service offerings.
  • Ensure all expert engagements meet strict legal, ethical and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of experience at the CSA or CSM level in an expert-matching firm.
  • Strong knowledge of expert recruitment workflows, compliance protocols and insight delivery standards.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, especially in demanding, fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in healthcare technology or finance-related verticals is a plus.
  • Strong professional working fluency in English is required.
  • Native level or bilingual fluency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is required.
  • Willingness to relocate to HCMC, Vietnam.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications or a related field.
