Job description

We are looking for candidates who possess integrity, a pleasant personality and strong inter‑personal skills to join our expanding team.

Job Requirements
  • To receive and register patients.
  • To settle patients after their treatments.
  • To collect payment, dispense products / medication / booking of next appointment.
  • To attend to patients’ requests and queries regarding appointments, medication, products, and services via phone calls, SMS / WhatsApp messages / emails.
  • To handle end‑day closing / settlement.
  • Taking of minutes during department meetings.
  • To liaise with service providers to secure quality services for the clinic.
  • To assist with inventory management and other organizational tasks.
  • To assist other support team members when needed.
  • To perform assigned housekeeping duties within the Clinic and the Medspa.
  • Good grasp of written and spoken English.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the managers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE N/O Level with at least 2 years working experience.
  • Prior experience at frontline or service environment will be advantageous.
  • Customer‑centric with strong interpersonal and (both verbal and written) communication skills.
  • Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hardworking and able to work both independently as well as a team player.
