Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a senior client service professional with extensive transaction banking experience. The role involves managing client relationships, resolving critical issues, and identifying growth opportunities within Transaction Banking. Candidates should have 7-10 years' experience in similar roles and be knowledgeable about cash management products. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years of related transaction banking experience.
  • Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of cash management products and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of escalation for client stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical issues with internal teams.
  • Monitor recurring issues and drive process improvements.
  • Respond to client requests on banking services.
  • Conduct service review meetings with key clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within Transaction Banking.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of escalation for senior client stakeholders on service, operational, and transactional matters across the region.
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders (operations, technology, product, compliance) to provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor and manage recurring issues, driving root-cause analysis and process improvements.
  • Respond to regional client requests and queries on banking services, cash management solutions, and operational processes.
  • Provide clear,consistent communication to client
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within Transaction Banking and across other product areas (e.g. liquidity solutions, FX & etc).
  • Conduct service review meetings with key clients at regional levels
  • Prepare and present performance metrics, transaction trends, service levels, issue logs and market development.
Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of related transaction banking experience
  • Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of cash management products and practices
