A leading IT consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow client accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving business development strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in account management within the IT services sector, along with strong negotiation and strategic skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment emphasizing collaboration across multicultural teams.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be key contributors to growing business and managing customers of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business.
You will support the Client Partners and act as business owners for assigned accounts, managing the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. You will proactively identify new and expansion opportunities on accounts plan for and close the extension of existing agreements. You will work with delivery teams to maximize renewal business, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. You will work towards establishing a positive client experience through delivery excellence. This role is a highly visible role, providing challenging opportunity and will require high amount of commitment, business acumen, leadership qualities and a motivated attitude to perform well.
