Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Partner to manage and grow strategic banking accounts in Singapore. This role requires strong client relationship management, business development expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese Clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for banking clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Business Development & Sales: Drive revenue growth through new opportunities and account expansion. Lead proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned with client objectives. Identify cross-selling opportunities across Capgemini’s service portfolio.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of projects and services. Monitor financial performance and profitability of accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience of minimum of 13 years in IT services, consulting, or technology sales.
  • Domain Expertise: Banking and Financial Services.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record in managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
  • Prior experience working with Japanese banking clients.
