Roles & Responsibilities

• Manpower planning - Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Responsible for operation supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
• Maintain great relationships with key business partners
• Work closely with Operation Head and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and system
