Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

Occupation: CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements
  • Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager
  • Planning and scheduling manpower for day-to-day operations
  • Following up and updating customer requests and feedback
  • Working closely with the sales manager and providing accurate schedules
  • Sending out reminder texts/calls to customers daily
  • Resolving daily operational issues as they arise
  • Responsible for staff performance and discipline
  • Tabulating worker OT and submitting to HR monthly
  • Preparing and compiling monthly reports for relevant clients
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Monitoring training and development needs
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Min qualification: GCE ‘O’ Level and above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in planning/scheduling in a related industry is an advantage
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Core skills:

  • Understanding of planning and scheduling systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Having a Class 3 driving license is a plus
  • Independent, self-driven, and proactive attitude

Work schedule: 6 days per week, off day on a weekday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm daily
