Working from an office base you will assist the Major Complex Loss Adjusting Team by providing support with the settlement of claims within the terms of the insurance policy.
You will deliver the highest level of customer service by assisting with the management of a portfolio of claims. You should work closely with your manager/ team colleagues but will be required to work independently therefore you must be able to work using your own initiative.
Assist the Major Complex Loss Team with report preparation to ensure prompt claim settlements and provide essential administrative support. You will be involved in the acceptance of work, issuance of reports, and fee management during the service delivery process. There will be opportunities to participate in client meetings and site surveys, offering on-the-job learning for personal development and career progression. Additionally, you will receive qualified training from professional bodies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
