Job summary

A leading insurance company in Singapore seeks a Claims Associate to manage and process claims with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, ideally has a General Insurance certification, and has at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Diploma or related discipline.
• Preferably with Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with various stakeholders in the claims process.
• Assist Claims Executive to manage and process claims efficiently.
• Compile monthly and quarterly statistics as needed.
