Overview

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our claims team in our corporate managed healthcare business segment.

Responsibilities

Claims Management – Outpatient and Inpatient Medical Claims

  • Understand and examine the provisions of medical policies to determine the patient’s/member’s level of medical coverage against the terms and conditions of the policy
  • Provide accurate and efficient assessment of medical claims, validation, pre-authorisation of applications and LOG issuance
  • Ensure evidence and claims information are documented and maintained in accordance to company compliance policies and SLA
  • Work with the management team to share claim trends, analyse and interpret data in relation to medical claims and identify areas of improvement in the current medical claims cycle and SOPs
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, initiatives, and other activities such as new developments of Medical Claims solutions and processes
Qualifications
  • Experience of claims process for medical claims, preferable in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment is ideal
  • Good Organisational skills and exceptional eye for details
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
