Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Support QS to assist in claims related to construction roadworks. The role involves verifying site locations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Qualifications

Job description
Supporting QS (Construction / Roadworks)- Office located at Gul Drive
  • Assist the QS Department in preparing and compiling claims related to construction roadworks, including:

    • Traffic diversion works

    • Road markings

    • Milling and patching works

    • Signage installation and related activities

  • Verify site locations (target: 15–20 locations) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Update and maintain the claim tracking Excel file using verified site data.

  • Perform data entry, organise documentation, and support claim submissions.

  • Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works, and supporting documents (photos, reports, etc.).

  • Ensure all claim documents comply with company standards and project requirements.

  • Provide general administrative and QS support as required.

Requirements:
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organisation, formulas, sorting/filtering).

  • Minimum O-Level or equivalent preferred.

  • Familiarity with construction or roadwork activities is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Able to work independently and meet timelines.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
