Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator with a background in civil engineering. Qualifications

• Experience in engineering and/or commissioning (sports construction a plus).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project requirements.
• Support project planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Manage procurement, material inspection, and site logistics.
• Oversee project standards and quality control.
• Lead safety implementation and monitor compliance.
• Identify issues and execute corrective actions.
• Track and report project progress to the Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD; able to read and revise drawings

Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet tools

Strong planning and problem-solving abilities

Effective team player with excellent communication skills

Independent, motivated, with a sense of ownership and leadership

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

Relevant certifications (Singapore-based)
