Job description

The Project Coordinator supports project management activities for civil engineering and underground utilities projects. This role focuses on coordinating project documentation, schedules, and communications to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and in accordance with requirements.

As an entry‑level position for fresh graduates, the Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Project Directors and site teams to track project progress, support planning and coordination activities, and assist with day‑to‑day project operations. This role provides structured on‑the‑job training and exposure to the full project lifecycle, serving as a development pathway into project engineering or project management roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating project activities, schedules, and workflows
  • Support preparation and maintenance of project documentation, records, and reports
  • Liaise with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters
  • Track project progress and assist with basic planning and coordination tasksSupport monitoring of project timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up actions
  • Assist in ensuring project requirements, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Participate in project meetings and follow up on assigned action items
