Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an Operations & Admin Support professional. The role involves conducting site surveys and inspections related to construction projects, coordinating project updates, and assisting the Senior Manager in daily operations. Ideal candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree and possess some site experience, along with strong communication and project management skills. Certifications in safety-related qualifications will be a plus.

Qualifications

• Civil or Structural Engineering background or related engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Some site experience in local construction firms or projects required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and investigative works related to building defects.
• Assist Senior Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of ongoing projects.
• Coordinate timely updates of project status using Project Management System.
• Prepare detailed reports of findings from inspections.
• Follow up with stakeholders on issues related to site works.
• Support the Drone team in identifying defects and report writing.
