Responsibilities

• Overseeing project activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Managing manpower & assigning tasks to team members based on their skill and project requirement.
• To co-ordinate and liaise with relevant parties.
• Attend site meetings / discussion with relevant parties.
• Resource Management.
• Resolve all kind of problem on site and office.
• Drafting / Autocad etc..
• A multi tasker and assist other adhoc works as and when necessary.
• To ensure high standard of workmanship in all construction and renovation works.
