We are a Chinese restaurant specialising in Hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, and we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the outlet team.
负责门店日常营运管理,确保服务与出品质量
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service and food quality
管理前线服务团队与厨房的协调运作
Manage and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams
负责排班、人手安排及员工表现管理
Handle staff scheduling, manpower planning, and performance management
控制营运成本,协助提升营业额
Control operating costs and support sales performance
处理顾客反馈与现场突发情况
Handle customer feedback and on-site issues professionally
具备餐饮行业店长或主管经验
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in F&B
熟悉中式餐厅、火锅或川菜营运者优先
Experience in Chinese, hotpot, or Sichuan cuisine is an advantage
具备良好的领导能力与执行力
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills
能配合轮班、周末及节假日工作
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
新加坡公民 优先考虑
Singapore Citizens preferred
