Job overview

Our client is a Data Centre Developer & Operator seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead internal operations and drive Construction and Engineering efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing complex infrastructure environments and overseeing significant budgets.

This role requires strategic vision and the ability to drive teams as the company expands its data centre network across Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• 12+ years successful multi-site data‑centre operations leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MEP Engineering, Building Services or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of data centre components, including electrical power, HVAC systems, AI‑centric environments, Direct Liquid Cooling, and IT infrastructure
• Mix of new‑build and renovation data centre construction projects delivered on time & within budget
• Deep MEP expertise & hyperscale standards
• Entrepreneurial, creative, forward‑thinking mindset
• Certifications in data center management, facilities management, or IT infrastructure are advantageous

Salary budget: 23k - 28k SGD PM x 13 + bonus + health insurance + travel allowance etc
